i swear the colors look better irl! but my scanner hates me!

drew this for my bestie Reem ;w; her birthday was on the 31th of January.
unfortunetely she doesn't have a dA account
she's such an amazing friend, we've been friends since the 5th grade and i haven't drawn her anything the past 2 years, and also this will be our last school year together i thought I'd draw her something big

ah yes, she loves mermaids -w-
and the title is named like that cuz she used to walk around singing "imma mermaid~ imma mermaid~" in class XDD
